Despite of the companies applying needs analysis surveys only among their own personnel, our project aims to do the specific needs analysis on R&D and innovation topics on a much wider target group including not only engineers but also all the personnel working with the innovation focus. Hence, the data from the needs analysis survey will shed light on the issue at a multidisciplinary level. This output provides the detailed information about the problems, expectations and deficiencies that the personnel face during their works in industrial companies and R&D centers.
